- 1 lb breakfast sausage
- 1 (30 oz) package frozen hashbrowns
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 6 eggs
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a skillet, cook and crumble the sausage over medium heat until browned. Drain grease.
- Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish. Spread frozen hashbrowns evenly across the bottom.
- In a bowl, whisk cream cheese, eggs, milk, salt, and pepper until smooth.
- Stir in the cooked sausage and half of the shredded cheese.
- Pour the mixture over the hashbrowns and spread evenly. Top with remaining cheese.
- Bake for 35–40 minutes until set and bubbly.
- Let cool for 5–10 minutes, then slice and serve.

- Make it ahead and refrigerate overnight before baking.
