Description

A bold, zesty, and satisfying meal loaded with seasoned taco meat, crunchy veggies, and a creamy dressing—this taco salad brings the flavor of your favorite taco night into a fresh and fun bowl.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef or turkey
  • 1 packet taco seasoning
  • 1 head romaine lettuce, chopped
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1 cup black beans, drained and rinsed
  • 1 avocado, diced
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 red onion, thinly sliced
  • Tortilla chips or strips
  • Dressing of choice (see Part 6)

Instructions

  • Cook meat with taco seasoning; set aside.
  • In a large bowl, add lettuce, beans, tomatoes, avocado, cheese, and onion.
  • Top with cooked meat and chips.
  • Add dressing, toss gently, and serve immediately.
