- 1 lb ground beef or turkey
- 1 packet taco seasoning
- 1 head romaine lettuce, chopped
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1 cup black beans, drained and rinsed
- 1 avocado, diced
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/4 red onion, thinly sliced
- Tortilla chips or strips
- Dressing of choice (see Part 6)
Instructions
- Cook meat with taco seasoning; set aside.
- In a large bowl, add lettuce, beans, tomatoes, avocado, cheese, and onion.
- Top with cooked meat and chips.
- Add dressing, toss gently, and serve immediately.
